Groove COVID-19 Guidelines

  
 

•Social Distancing…Guests and Crew Members will practice six-feet social distancing, when possible. We will mark line positions on the floor at concessions and the bar.

•Staggered Seating…Groove capacity has been reduced as per local and state guidelines. Seating will be staggered in pairs to maintain physical distancing throughout the hall.

•Face Mask…Guests will be required to wear face masks in the lobby, in concession lines, hallways and restrooms as required by local and state guidelines. Face masks can be removed in the hall when eating and drinking at your seats.

•Hand Washing…Please remember to wash and sanitize your hands often.

•Hand Sanitizer Stations…Manufactured per WHO, FDA and CDC specifications 80% alcohol antiseptic, non-sterile topical solution.

•Enhanced Cleaning…Cleaning of high contact areas and surfaces will be done on regular 30 minute intervals. The Hall will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.

 
 

 
 

CREW MEMBERS

•Crew Health…Crew Members health will be monitored, anyone showing symptoms of illness will be told to head home/stay home.

•Crew PPE…Crew Members will wear masks provided by Dominion while working their shift. Crew Members will also wear gloves when preparing and serving food/drinks.

•Crew Sanitation…Crew Members will wash their hands, change their gloves and sanitize workstations every 30 minutes.
